I have lived here for a little over a year now and absolutely love it! I am actually going to sign a new lease on the 1st! Management is always there for you and they will help you with anything you need. I would not want to live in any other apt. complex in Cincy-- trust me, I have done my research.

I've lived here a few months and love the location. I can walk to a Reds or Bengals game, walk to Fountain Square for shopping or some Greaters ice cream, walk to work downtown, walk across the river on the Purple People Bridge to Newport on the Levee for restaurants, music, shops, shows, the Aquarium ... or just walk outside to festivals and activities on the riverfront.
